(1) The copyright to all the information (trademark, logo, text, images etc.) accessible from the Website is possessed by PTCS, our business partners, affiliated companies of our business partners or other third parties, and protected under the copyright laws and other applicable laws of the relevant countries, and various treaties. It is prohibited to copy, modify distribute, transform, modify, add to, revise, or adapt the above information on the Website beyond the extent that is authorized by the copyright laws and other applicable laws of the relevant countries, and various treaties without obtaining a prior approval by PTCS.
