For ships with construction contracts for ships entered after July 1, 2024, we provide support for compliance with the Cybersecurity Regulation (IACS UR E26) at each stage of design, construction, and operation.

１） Ship Cyber Resilience Services for Shipyards

This services support in the following forms for shipyards in designing and survey onboard LANs that comply with IACS UR E26.

1. Preparation of survey plans and commissioned implementation of survey

   We will prepare a survey plan based on the shipyard's design, carry out the survey, and prepare a report.

2. Consulting on design and inspection

   We will carefully examine the OT system LAN designed by the shipyard and the as-built documents required by IACS UR E26, and point out the areas that need to be corrected and the correction contents in light of IACS UR E26.
   Similarly, we will carefully examine the survey plan prepared by the shipyard, point out any areas that need to be corrected in accordance with IACS UR E26, and provide guidance on the survey procedures.

3. Design and survey of onboard OT system LAN conforming to IACS UR E26

   Based on the information provided by the shipyard, we will design the onboard OT system LAN on behalf of the shipyard and prepare the as-built documents required by IACS UR E26.
   Based on the above, we will prepare a survey plan, carry out the inspection on behalf of the shipyard, and prepare a report.
   In addition, the following options are available:
   

   1. Onboard LAN design including satellite communications and IT systems
   2. Network equipment selection and procurement, parameter setting and onboard installation
   3. Design explanation to shipowners and operational advice after receipt

２） Ship Cyber Resilience Services for Shipowners

This service provides support to shipowners in design, inspection and operation to meet the requirements of IACS UR E26.

1. Design of standard shipboard LAN design for each company in accordance with IACS UR E26

   We will establish a cybersecurity policy based on each company's circumstances and create a standard design for onboard LAN that complies with IACS UR E26. The standard design includes the following:

   1. IACS UR E26 Document Template
   2. Standard shipboard LAN logical and physical configuration diagram
   3. List of network devices used and their standard parameter settings

2. Supervision and support consulting for shipyards' new ship LAN design and construction based on standard designs

   During construction, we plan and design the ship's LAN based on a standard design, and then provide design instructions to the shipyard and supervise the LAN construction work.
   Based on the standard design, we procure and configure network equipment on behalf of the shipyard, and after installation, we perform communication and security tests. We also support the inspections required by IACS UR E26.

3. Creation of ship cybersecurity and resilience plans

   We draft ship cybersecurity and resilience plans for new ships based on standard designs.
